Ranchelle bewirtschaftet vier Hektar<\/strong> Weinberge in Poggio Murella. Dazu geh\u00f6ren ein seltener, 60 Jahre alter gemischter Weinberg sowie neu bepflanzte Parzellen, die durch Massenselektion angelegt wurden, um die genetische Vielfalt zu bewahren.<\/p>\n

Wir arbeiten ausschlie\u00dflich mit einheimischen toskanischen Rebsorten<\/strong>, von denen viele heute fast vergessen sind.<\/p>\n

Alle Weine verg\u00e4ren spontan mit nat\u00fcrlichen<\/strong>, auf den Trauben vorkommenden Hefen. Sie werden weder filtriert noch gesch\u00f6nt und ohne Zusatzstoffe nach den Grunds\u00e4tzen der nat\u00fcrlichen Weinbereitung<\/strong> hergestellt.<\/p>\n

Durch diesen zur\u00fcckhaltenden Ansatz k\u00f6nnen die Weine den wahren Charakter des Bodens, das jahrhundertealte Weinbauerbe der Region und das nat\u00fcrliche Gleichgewicht der Weinberge zum Ausdruck bringen.<\/p>\n

Dieser lebendige Rotwein stammt von Reben aus Massenselektion, die auf 350 Metern H\u00f6he wachsen. Er verbindet gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Frucht mit angenehmer Weichheit.
