The Corindo is a rosé wine from the grapes of the new vineyards of Ranchelle.
The 2021 vintage is a mixture of two white and two red varieties: The two white varieties - Ansonica and Procanico - were left after detemming for two days on their skins before being pressed. The two red varieties - Alicante and Ciliegiolo - were pressed directly after destemming and fermented without skin-contact. These four different fermentations were aged for six months in separate steeltanks until being mixed and bottled in springtime 2022.
The 2022 vintage is a single variety rosé of Ciliegiolo grapes made by direct pressing after destemming and fermented without skin contact. The wine has aged in a steeltank before it being bottled in springtime 2023.
The 2023 vintage is again an assemblage of a direct pressing of ciliegiolo with a short macerated mix of Ansonica and Procanico.

During vinification of the Corindo no additives are used and no sulfites are added. The Corindo is a fresh and very fruity wine with high acidity and lots of flavors.

Presently the Corindo is distributed in Austria byVinifero (Vienna), in Denmark by Il Buco (Copenhagen), in Japan by Terravert (Tokyo), in Italy by Bibo Potabile and by Rollingwine (online shop), in The Netherlands by Vinum NaturaleAngolo Vinoso (Amsterdam), in USA by Scuola di Vino, in Australia by Vino Mito, in Belgium at Vinsvivants.
